Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (US) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (7-10 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination (10-21 business days).
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at c3coopersllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
