Return & Refund Policy

At MobileMind Educational Services and Resources, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at c3coopersllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are opened, used, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
